Second Life
The University of Texas at Dallas School of Management now owns an island in the 3D virtual world of Second Life®. Residents of Second Life create cartoon-like avatars to represent themselves, chat, attend classes, and design and build everything that you see in the virtual world.
The island is divided into five distinct zones, each themed after an area of Texas or the UT Dallas campus. The images to the left depict each of the zones and School of Management information found in each zone.
To visit the School of Management island in Second Life, you must first create a free account at http://www.secondlife.com and download the client software.
