Shipping Information
Shipped displays and literature for the UT Dallas Graduate Business and MBA Career Fair must reach UT Dallas between Sept. 22 - 24, 2008. Please note that we cannot guarantee that displays and literature received after September 24 or shipped to an address other than that listed below will be available for your use at the career fair.
If you cannot ship your materials to reach UT Dallas by September 24, bring the materials with you or have them shipped to your hotel. All displays and boxes must be clearly marked with "UT Dallas Graduate Business and MBA Career Fair" and your company name to ensure that it gets to the correct booth.

Returning displays and materials:
You are responsible for shipping your displays back to your company. Please bring the necessary shipping forms with the shipment's weight and your account number, or your materials will not be picked up.
